Chronic pain and recent injuries can be very draining. My goal is to relieve your pain through manual therapy, help with home care exercises and provide suggestions for workplace and lifestyle adjustments to prevent further injury. I want to get to the root of the cause rather than just treat the symptoms.
The modalities I use are Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, Joint Mobilizations, Muscle Energy Techniques, Kinesiology Taping, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Cupping Therapy.
